KMT Medizintechnik OG is a family-run business based in Schwanenstadt, Upper Austria, that has been selling ultrasound systems throughout Austria for more than 25 years. The company is the exclusive contractual partner of Alpinion and also offers systems from Philips, Samsung, Mindray, SonoScape and Youkey – both as new units and tested used units. The portfolio includes trolley systems, mobile and portable ultrasound systems as well as ultrasound probes. In addition to sales, KMT offers maintenance and service packages, online remote service, repair of systems and probes (incl. TEE probes, strain relief, coating, probe cables) with inspection report, loaner units to bridge repair downtime, and disinfectants for ultrasound probes. Customers are office-based physicians and hospitals; two showrooms in Schwanenstadt and Vienna allow on-site direct comparison of the systems.

Quality & Service
Probe testing is carried out according to manufacturer specifications including the preparation of an inspection report. Used probes are offered with a 6 to 12 month warranty; the KMT maintenance, service & warranty booklet documents intervals and safety-related inspections throughout the product life cycle.
