About us
Knops Werkzeugmaschinen was founded on 01 January 1975 by Dipl.-Ing. Helmut Knops in Monheim am Rhein and has been family-owned ever since. The company trades in used production and machine tools for cutting and non-cutting forming, both in conventional and CNC versions. The warehouse and delivery program comprises lathes, milling machines, machining centers, boring mills, grinding machines, gear-cutting machines, sheet-metal working machines, presses, saws, welding machines as well as measuring machines. Overhauls and modernizations of the machines can be carried out by experienced subcontractors. In addition, the company brokers leasing financing and maintains its own warehouse capacities. The machines come predominantly from renowned manufacturers such as Deckel, DMG, Mazak, Okuma, Studer, Waldrich-Coburg or Wohlenberg; exports have already been made to 56 countries.
