Köbberling GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business based in Edermünde-Haldorf near Kassel that has been producing plastic profiles by extrusion since 1973. At the core of the product range are the hygienic wall and ceiling claddings made of rigid PVC and rigid foamed PVC manufactured under the OPAL trademark, which are used in butchers' shops, slaughterhouses, bakeries, commercial kitchens, hospitals as well as in car washes and petrol stations. On modern extrusion lines made from European quality granulates, PVC and aluminium roller shutter slats are also produced, in some cases directly with locking device on two extrusion lines. The profiles can be provided with the UV-cured special coating OPAL-Protect, which has been used industrially since 1986. In addition, the company offers contract extrusion for applications such as fence systems, advertising and the aviation industry as well as roller shutter, sun shading, insect protection and garage door systems. From the central location in Edermünde, customers in the trades, building components trade and hygiene industry in Germany and throughout Europe are supplied.
