System provider for filtration and conveying technology from Wuppertal
KÖBO ECO>PROCESS GmbH is a system provider for filtration technology, conveying technology and industrial plant engineering headquartered in Wuppertal. The company develops and implements turnkey complete systems for the filtration and treatment of coolants (KSS) and for the automated transport of chips, metal scrap, punching waste, castings and forged parts. In the filtration sector, the portfolio includes pressure, vacuum and folding belt filters, precoat filters, chip separators and coolant treatment systems including oil separation, temperature control and backwashing with filtration finenesses from 25 µm down to the single-digit micrometer range. In conveying technology, scraper, hinged belt, scrap, slat belt, screw and push-bar conveyors as well as vibrating troughs are manufactured; reference systems transport up to 70 tons of punching scrap per hour. The range of services is complemented by piping construction, measurement, control and regulation technology with individually adapted software as well as services ranging from assembly and maintenance to spare parts supply. Typical industries are the automotive and rolling bearing industries, metal processing, foundries, recycling, rolling and steel industries, aviation and the wood industry. Originating from the company KÖBO founded in 1894, it has operated under its current name since 2005; a branch is located in Esslingen.
