About Kömmerling Platten
Kömmerling has been producing plastic sheets since 1967 and established its first sheet product with the rigid PVC sheet KömaDur. Today the portfolio comprises rigid PVC sheets (KömaDur), PVC integral foam sheets (KömaCel), PVC free-foam sheets (KömaTex), aluminium composite sheets (KömaAlu) and steel composite sheets (KömaSteel) as well as the decorative wall cladding system KömaStyle. The sheets are made of PVC or composite constructions with a polyethylene core and cover layers of aluminium or enamelled steel. Characteristic features are high bending stiffness, chemical and corrosion resistance as well as weather- and UV-resistant surfaces for indoor and outdoor applications. Areas of application include the advertising sector, construction, trade fair and shopfitting, industry, electrical engineering, architecture and interior fit-out. The products are distributed worldwide; Kömmerling is part of profine International Profile Group.

Materials & Processes
Rigid PVC sheet (KömaDur)
Stiff, chemical- and corrosion-resistant sheet for construction, industry, electrical engineering and the advertising sector.
PVC integral foam sheet (KömaCel)
Solid outer layer with a cellular core for high bending strength at low weight.
PVC free-foam sheet (KömaTex)
Lightweight, fine-celled foam sheet with good printability for signs and displays.
Aluminium composite sheet (KömaAlu)
Polyethylene core with aluminium cover layers on both sides for indoor and outdoor applications.
Steel composite sheet (KömaSteel)
Polyethylene core with enamelled steel cover layers, ferromagnetic and very rigid.
Polyethylene (composite core)
Core material of the KömaAlu and KömaSteel composite sheets for low weight.
