About KOENEN Kunststofftechnik
KOENEN Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Erkelenz produces technical plastic parts using the injection molding process for suppliers to the automotive, construction and electrical industries as well as for toy manufacturers, medical technology companies and mechanical engineering firms. The service portfolio covers the complete value chain: development including design studies, rapid prototyping, 3D printing and prototype injection molding, in-house toolmaking for injection molds including CNC machining, series production on injection molding machines with clamping forces of 25 to 320 tonnes, as well as assembly and finishing with deburring, cold deflashing, gluing, welding, vulcanization, punching, heat treatments and assembly including custom packaging. All common thermoplastics such as PP, PE, POM, PC, PMMA, ABS, PA, COC, TPE, PVC and PEEK are processed. Small quantities are not refused. Production waste is 100 percent returned to production via in-house recycling; the CO2 footprint is recorded.
