Koenig & Bauer Durst is a joint venture between Koenig & Bauer and Durst, combining over 200 years of expertise in the printing industry with leading inkjet technology. The company develops and manufactures digital packaging printing systems for the folding carton and corrugated board industry. The product range includes the VariJET 106 for digital sheet-fed printing on folding carton board (0.5 to 2.0 million B1 sheets/month), the Delta SPC 130 for single-pass direct printing on corrugated board (0.5 to 1.5 million sqm/month) and the CorruJET 170 as a hybrid solution with flexo towers for volumes above 1.5 million sqm/month. All systems use exclusively water-based, food-safe inks free of harmful solvents. The systems operate without printing plates, in fully automated workflows, and support versioning, track-and-trace and mass customization. The headquarters is located in Würzburg; further sites are Radebeul and Brixen (Italy). Customers include, among others, Smurfit Westrock Herzberg, Drukarnia Tamir, The Royal Group and Atlantic Packaging.
