König Maschinenhandel GmbH, based in Velbert, is the general distributor of the Finnish machine manufacturer T-DRILL for Germany and also sells AXXAIR orbital machines. The portfolio includes pipe processing machines for collaring of pipe branches, flanging machines for producing loose flange connections, pipe cutting machines for chipless orbital cutting, and machines for end forming of pipes – for stationary and portable use, right through to construction site applications. The chipless cold forming according to the T-DRILL process processes steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, copper-nickel and brass with pipe diameters from a few millimetres up to 1430 mm. The machines find buyers in plant and equipment engineering, process piping construction, drinking water and wastewater treatment, food and dairy industry, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, brewing, heat exchanger manufacturing, shipbuilding as well as HVAC and refrigeration technology. In addition to consulting, machine selection and service, the family-owned company offers its own sample and contract manufacturing of pipe collars (currently not offered) and appears at trade fairs in cooperation with T-DRILL.
