About IsoForge

IsoForge is a mechanical engineering company based in Oldenburg that makes additive series production industrially scalable. Its core product is the in-house developed CLUSTER system, which combines many printing units operating in parallel within one system and handles the entire manufacturing process fully automatically: material handling and process control with real-time correction, automated part removal, and integrated quality control with automated, documented sorting into the box storage system. Production is tool-free – without moulds, toolmaking or lead times – ranging from standard plastics such as PP, ABS and PA6 through engineering and fibre-reinforced materials to continuous-fibre-reinforced materials, stainless steel (17-4 PH, 316L) and ceramics (Al₂O₃, ZrO₂). With the reference part, the system achieves a production time of 8 seconds per part, 450 parts per hour and 10,800 parts in 24 hours at a material throughput of around 5,000 kg per month. IsoForge serves companies from mechanical engineering and series production that want to produce small to large volumes flexibly and without tooling lead times. Custom material developments are available on request.
