About the Laboratory
KOFL Röers GmbH is a specialized orthodontic laboratory (KFO/FKO) located in Everswinkel, North Rhine-Westphalia. The company manufactures a wide range of removable and fixed orthodontic appliances for dentists and orthodontists, including active plates, Bionators, appliances according to Bimler, Fränkel and Klammt, Twinblock, Crozat, retainers, positioners, aligners (ARS system) and sports protection. A further focus is on splints for dental sleep medicine such as the self-developed RP-Splint® for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, as well as CMD/functional splints. Production is carried out predominantly in dental plastics technology, supplemented by metallic orthodontic wire and sheet components, dental plaster for models, laser technology, CAD/CAM workflow and functional analytical measurement with Freecorder Bluefox. The laboratory has more than 30 years of experience in the orthodontic laboratory field and offers expert consultation, therapy and appliance planning, quality control as well as repair and adjustment services. Production follows the MDR guidelines; the laboratory regularly participates in the QS-Dental certification of the professional association VDZI and offers professional events and continuing education for specialists.
