Kohl Metallarbeiten GmbH manufactures precise metal components and assemblies for industrial customers in Eglharting near Munich. The range of services includes 3- and 5-axis CNC milling, HSC (High-Speed Cutting) milling especially for aluminum, CNC bending of housings, frames, and sheet metal, welding (TIG, MIG/MAG), spot welding, gluing/dispensing, and assembly using press-fitting technology. Production materials include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, as well as the plastics POM and PVC, available from batch size 1 up to series production – with automated 24/7 manufacturing since 2019. Design and CAD/CAM programming are done with CAMWorks; custom jigs and vacuum clamping systems are developed in-house. Customers come from mechanical engineering, metal processing, and electrical/sheet metal industries. Since November 2018, the company has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015; Zeiss and Keyence optical and tactile measuring systems are used for inspection. Surface treatments are carried out by external partners.
