About Komet
Komet is a specialized manufacturer of components for mechanized agricultural irrigation. The product portfolio includes pivot sprinklers (KPT Twister), pivot end sprinklers (KPW Wave), LEPA/LESA spray nozzles, large-area sprinklers of the Twin and Trigon series as well as impact arm sprinklers and pressure regulators (KPR-X). The components are made from UV-resistant polymers and designed for uniform water application, low-pressure operation and long service life. Product development is based on prototype testing on 45 pivot systems on five continents as well as on the company's own sprinkler test laboratory, the Komet Experience Hub in Paulínia, Brazil. In addition, Komet offers planning and optimization services such as RainLogic, the Redesign Service and Komet Academy. Headquarters and production are located in Lienz (Austria); subsidiaries exist in Fremont (Nebraska, USA) and Paulínia (São Paulo, Brazil). Customers include farmers, dealers and OEM partners, among others in agriculture, mining, wastewater treatment and the timber industry.
