About Kondur
Kondur supplies solid wood strip parquet with raised tongue in Natural grade, made from South American premium hardwoods such as Congona, Quinilla and Pumaquiro. The woods come from plantations in legally designated cultivation areas of Peru that are managed according to forestry and ecological principles; the certificate is issued by the institute Inrena, and reforestation is monitored by the FSC global association. The trees are processed at an age between 35 and 60 years. The wood processed is exclusively heartwood, air-dried in log and cut form and kiln-dried after being cut for parquet. In addition to parquet supply, verified installation work including inlays, herringbone and cassette patterns, façade cladding, stair treads made of glued laminated strips as well as wall panels are also carried out. Reference projects have been executed in Berlin, including the Tranquilo in Berlin-Pankow as well as single-family and garden houses.
