Kongskilde Industries A/S is a Danish manufacturer of pneumatic conveying and material handling systems with headquarters and production in Sorø, Denmark. Founded in 1949, the company develops and manufactures blowers, cutting units, separators, cyclones, rotary valves and complete piping systems for pneumatic material conveying, dedusting, trim handling and waste extraction. Its core markets are plastics processing and recycling (including PP, PET, PE, ABS), the paper, cardboard and packaging industry, as well as the grain and agricultural sector. The key machines and components are manufactured in-house in Denmark; piping is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel. In addition to systems engineering, Kongskilde offers plant planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance, spare parts supply and the CORE cloud monitoring platform. Material tests for pneumatic conveying, dedusting and separation can be carried out at test centers in Denmark and the USA. The company is today owned by Green Park Partners (UK) and operates sales offices in nine countries.

At the test centers in Denmark and the USA, production materials are tested under real-life conditions – with 29 system combinations for cardboard, paper and plastics, 7 cutting units and 3 blowers. The CORE platform monitors plant data via SCADA and cloud access for predictive maintenance.
