About Konrad Pumpe GmbH
Konrad Pumpe GmbH manufactures solids dosing units, screw conveyor technology, retrofit kits for biomass dosing units and dosing systems (UNI-Dos) for biogas technology. In the agricultural technology segment, the product range includes liquid feeding systems, mixing tanks up to 40,000 litres, feed fermentation, medication dosing systems and bread crushers. In addition, the company carries out contract work in sheet metal and stainless steel processing, from gate systems and railings to structural steel constructions such as conveying and filter systems, including planning, design and assembly. Manufacturing includes laser cutting on a TruLaser 3040 from Trumpf with sheet formats up to 4 x 2 m and sheet thicknesses from 0.5 to 25 mm, as well as CNC bending with bending lengths up to 4,050 mm. Materials include steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel (V2A/V4A), aluminium and PVC. The approximately 70 employees supply customers from agricultural technology, biogas technology, conveying technology, metal technology and recycling in Germany and the rest of Europe.

Product-contacting parts of solids dosing units, screw conveyors and mixing tanks are made of V2A.
Stainless steel (V4A)
Available for screw conveyor technology in corrosive environments.
Steel
Material for structural steel constructions and dosing units in painted finish.
Galvanised steel
The UNI-Dos dosing unit is constructed from galvanised sheet steel.
Aluminium
Cut oxide- and burr-free on the laser cutting machine.
PVC
Outer tubes of extraction screws, optionally in V2A.
Laser cutting
TruLaser 3040 from Trumpf, sheet format 4 x 2 m, sheet thicknesses 0.5–25 mm, automatic loading via LoadMaster.
CNC bending
Three Trumpf press brakes (TruBend 8170, VarioPress 300, Ecopress 175), bending lengths up to 4,050 mm.
