About the Switalski Grain Mill
The Konrad Switalski grain mill in Weidenberg (Bavaria) processes grain from its own agricultural farm and offers milled products for bakeries, food processing and agriculture. The range includes wheat flours from Type 405 to Type 1050 (including TIPO 00 for pizza dough), rye flours from Type 815 to Type 1370 as well as spelt flour Type 630. In addition, wholegrain flours, wheat and rye groats, wheat and rye bran, wheat Patent flour, animal feed as well as Demeter and organic products (spelt, wheat, rye) are sold. Filling is done in 10-kg and 25-kg flour sacks; smaller packaging units of 1 kg, 2.5 kg and 5 kg are possible by arrangement. Bulk customers receive loose delivery with a silo truck with three chambers at a total weight of 10 tonnes and a minimum order quantity of 5 tonnes, with up to three varieties freely combinable. Delivery is made directly from the mill.
