About KONSTANDIN
Since 1975, KONSTANDIN GmbH has developed and manufactured custom pneumatic and hydraulic components such as pneumatic cylinders (including large cylinders up to 1,500 mm diameter, low-friction, high-temperature and special cylinders), precision hydraulic cylinders, rotary unions and rotary distributors (also in stainless steel and with power transmission), compact control systems, valves, pressure intensifiers, feed units and compensating couplings. All machining operations are carried out in-house at the Karlsbad-Ittersbach site – with two robot-loaded 5-axis machining centers for automated 24/7 production, several milling centers and CNC lathes. Workpieces up to 1,400 kg clamping weight, diameters up to 900 mm and heights up to 1,000 mm are possible; series production of up to 5,000 units per year as well as prototypes and one-off parts are part of daily business. Assembly also includes an EPA room for electro-pneumatic assemblies. Customers come predominantly from mechanical engineering, automation technology, medical and laboratory technology, pump systems, ultrasonic technology as well as rail and heavy-duty vehicles. Long-standing partnerships exist with Siemens Energy and DMG MORI. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
