The company is an internationally active partner of the wood processing industry, in particular in the segment of flat panel materials. The product range comprises tailor-made complete plants as end-production lines – from the press outfeed via handling and sawing systems through to the packaged stack – as well as partial plants for supplementing existing systems and precisely matched individual modules. Conceptual design, engineering and manufacturing take place in-house in Rüthen. In addition, KONTRA offers maintenance, modernisation of existing systems, a spare parts service as well as service and project support. The systems have been manufactured 'Made in Germany' in Rüthen for more than 30 years.
