About Kopp+Kälber
The jewellery manufactory Kopp+Kälber was founded in 1947 by Emil Kopp in Pforzheim and has been run since 1985 by Francesco D'Antuono as an owner-managed family business. The contract manufacturing operation primarily serves the jewellery, fashion and automotive industries as well as the promotional products sector. The service profile includes pressing and coining of precious and non-precious metals on two-column friction screw presses with 40–300 tonnes of pressing force, cutting out and punching with shape-specific punching tools, soldering work with hard and soft solder, annealing in annealing furnaces, laser engraving and artistic enamel. Products manufactured include cufflinks, charms, earrings, crosses, medals and cutlery. All goods are produced in-house, without purchasing components from the Far East. The company currently employs seven staff at its Pforzheim site.
