KOREX Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, based in Gilching near Munich, develops, produces and distributes energy- and cost-saving devices and systems for performance optimization of heating, cooling and solar systems. The core product is the AIR-SEP® pressure maintenance station, which combines pressure maintenance, expansion, adiabatic degassing, fully automatic make-up water supply and cleaning in a single unit. The systems are used in closed heating systems, chilled water cooling systems, systems with antifreeze agents, deep-freeze circuits down to -50 °C as well as in local and district heating systems. The stainless steel expansion and degassing vessel is made of material 1.4301, the cladding made of Sendzimir galvanized sheet steel; for aggressive media the company delivers the systems completely in stainless steel, including the pressure maintenance pump, overflow valve, lid, bases and claddings. In addition, system accessories such as magnetite filters, water treatment, make-up unit PRO and individual custom solutions up to the megawatt performance range are offered. Manufacturing takes place at the location in Germany, distribution in Germany via the three-stage specialized wholesale trade as well as to 12 European countries with 21 service points.

Quality
AIR-SEP® pressure maintenance stations are designed according to VDI 4708 and DIN EN 12828. The factory completely pre-set and wired devices are monitored via the SmartControl control system with pressure sensors, pressure transducers and level sensors.
