About Korff Isolmatic

Korff Isolmatic GmbH specializes in technical insulation converting and thermally decoupled fastening technology. The company cuts, mills and foams insulation materials for custom insulation systems in all shapes – from CNC-cut blanks to three-dimensionally milled molded parts and polyurethane foam filling. Rigid foams for application temperatures between -196 °C and +200 °C are processed, as well as stone wool, Basotect® melamine resin foam and foam glass; vapor barriers and surfaces made of aluminium, PVC or nonwoven are machine-laminated. The product range includes cold and thermal insulation for pipelines and tanks, low-temperature insulation for cryogenics, cold clamps and rubber pipe supports, sound and fire protection, as well as the interior insulation Superwand DS®. Production is carried out in small and large series at the Dietzenbach (Germany) and Sobótka/Wojnarowice (Poland) sites with modern CNC systems; another site of the Korff Group is Korff AG in Oberbipp, Switzerland. The insulation systems are used worldwide, among others in industry, process engineering, energy supply and construction.
