About us

Kornbrennerei Böckenhoff is a small, traditional grain distillery in Raesfeld-Erle in the Münsterland region. Founded in 1832 by Johannes Böckenhoff, the business is now run in its sixth generation and was taken over by Dirk and Alexandra Böckenhoff on 1 September 2014. Grain is produced according to traditional original recipes exclusively from regional rye and wheat, distilled in our own copper still. In addition, the distillery produces liqueur specialities. At the farm in Dorsten, the family also operates the fruit distillery Dirk Böckenhoff, where fine brandies are distilled from hand-selected fruit. The range of services includes, besides the production of brandies and liqueurs, special bottlings in various bottle shapes and sizes as well as a gift service with assembly, packaging, labelling and shipping to destinations at home and abroad. Distillery tours with tastings and a distillery shop with an online store complete the offering.
