About KPI Engineering
KPI GmbH, based in Zimmern, is a Certified System Integrator of Universal Robots and specializes in automating production processes with cobots, lightweight robots and industrial robots. The company develops and implements standardized, modular robot cells of the V-Line and Q-Line, mobile palletizing systems as well as individual special-purpose systems for assembly, handling and quality inspection. Its range of services covers process analysis, feasibility studies, automation concepts, CAD design, motion simulation, FMEA as well as commissioning, service and training. In special machinery construction, KPI integrates material feed and discharge, 3D bin picking, screwdriving applications, ultrasonic welding, part marking, potting and dosing systems as well as assembly machines with rotary indexing tables. Robots from the manufacturers Stäubli, Kuka, Fanuc and Universal Robots are preferably integrated, complemented by grippers and vacuum grippers from Robotiq, Schunk and Schmalz. Cleanroom and grayroom applications for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors round out the portfolio; further customers come from the agricultural and electrical industries as well as science and research.
