KRAFOTEC GmbH Kranbau Wittenberg has been manufacturing cranes and steel constructions in Lutherstadt Wittenberg since 1883. The portfolio includes bridge cranes (overhead travelling cranes), gantry cranes, container cranes and special cranes for production and manufacturing, complemented by individually tailored steel constructions. Manufacturing is predominantly in steel construction; a delivered steel mill crane has a span of 35.5 m with a load capacity of 20 t. Customers include waste management companies, steelworks and foundries, the construction industry, power plants, shipyards as well as logistics and transshipment.
