About us
Kraft Rad GmbH is a family business founded in 2000 and based in Euskirchen, and an established specialist retailer for bicycles and e-bikes with three locations in NRW. Across more than 1700 m² of total exhibition space, over 900 bicycles and e-bikes are presented – from city, trekking and road bikes to mountain bikes and gravel bikes, as well as children's, cargo and senior bikes, trailers, bike wear and accessories. The range includes renowned manufacturers as well as the exclusive brands BULLS and PEGASUS through ZEG membership. In addition to brick-and-mortar retail and an online shop, the company operates certified service workshops with around 25 employees across both branches, offering repair, maintenance and inspection of all brands as well as e-bike diagnostics, software updates, warranty and insurance repairs. At the Frechen location, a test course complements the test rides; company bike leasing with all major providers and 0% financing round out the range of services. Customers come from the Cologne, Bonn and Euskirchen region.

The workshops operate as a ZEG-certified master workshop and a TÜV Nord-certified quality workshop according to a uniform testing standard, and serve as an award-winning Shimano Service Center. Mechanics receive regular further training, and a transparent cost estimate is provided before every repair.
