About Kranotec
Kranotec GmbH is a vehicle body specialist for mounting loader cranes and hook-lift systems on commercial vehicles and trucks. The company carries out crane, hook-lift, roll-off tipper and skip loader installations up to small series and delivers complete, tested vehicle solutions from a single source. Vehicle bodybuilding is complemented by an in-house steel construction department that manufactures parts and components from steel, stainless steel and aluminium — also as contract manufacturing for vehicle builders and body centers of the Notterkran Group. In-house developments such as the flatbed program (loader, construction material and platform flatbeds), the pneumatic underride guard PUFS and a modular subframe reduce interfaces in the bodybuilding process. At the Ebersbach-Neugersdorf site, over 4,800 m² of hall space, more than twelve assembly stations, a robotic welding system, an in-house sandblasting facility, spray galvanizing plant and paint shop are available. The company is part of the Swiss Notterkran Group and supplies transport companies, vehicle builders and crane manufacturers in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and throughout Europe.
