About us
KRAUSE & Co. KG is a trading house in Velbert-Nierenhof founded in 1949 by Werner Krause, supplying hoses, hose fittings, valves, fittings and threaded pipe parts in all common materials and sizes. The product range also includes plastic mesh sleeves for the packaging of turned parts, hose clamps according to DIN 3017, noise-reduced air nozzles as well as chemical-technical products such as anaerobic adhesives, cyanoacrylates, silicones, metal sprays, spray cleaners and degreasers. The spectrum is complemented by lubrication technology with oil sight glasses, oil level indicators, grease fittings and lubrication nipples according to DIN 71412, 3402 and 3404. Originally specialized in compressed-air valves and lubrication equipment, the range of services was expanded from the 1990s onwards to include fittings, hoses, lubricants and technical sprays. Customers come from mining, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, mechanical and plant engineering as well as the food industry. Since the death of the founder in 2000, Notburga Exner-Krause has been running the company.
