About KRAUSKOPF Maschinentechnik
KRAUSKOPF Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2013 by Gerhard Krauskopf and specialises in processing technology, in particular mixing and grinding technology. The company develops and manufactures mixing tool systems such as the patented TuneMixx, wear and spare parts for mixers, mills, fans, crushers, edge runner mills and conveying components, as well as complete assemblies and process engineering apparatus. Further business areas include the repair and general overhaul (refurbishment) of used mixers, the purchase and sale of used machinery, and, since 2019, the development of its own multifunctional intensive mixer (Project MIM) with planned batch volumes of 375 to 6,000 litres. For wear protection, processes such as hardfacing, brazing, welding, bonding, casting and spraying are used with materials such as tungsten carbide, cemented carbide, chilled cast iron, ceramics and armour steels. Customers come from industries such as glass, construction materials, ceramics, foundry, metallurgy, agrochemicals, recycling and refractory materials. Since 2023, the company has been producing with 16 employees at the expanded Buchen (Odenwald) site.
