Our Company

KRAUSKOPF Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and producing mixing tools and mixing tool systems since 2013, including the patented TuneMixx® mixing tool, as well as custom spare and wear parts for mixers, mills, conveying components and other machine and plant components. The range of services also includes the repair and overhaul of used mixers (refurbishment), the new construction of process engineering apparatuses and assemblies, and the development of its own Multifunctional Intensive Mixer (MIM) in three series with capacities from 375 to 6,000 liters. Hard metal overlay plating, solid hard metal and GWC armoring are used ex works as wear-resistant materials; processes include overlay armoring, brazing, sandblasting and painting. The products are used in industries such as building materials, foundry, glass, ceramics, recycling, refractory materials, metallurgy, agrochemistry and carbon masses. The program is complemented by process engineering consulting, inspection, assembly and commissioning. The headquarters is located in Buchen (Baden-Württemberg) in the IGO industrial park, after the company relocated there from Höpfingen in 2015.

Materials & Processes

HM

Hard metal (HM-plated)

Hard metal pads are applied to the base body by brazing and protect highly stressed mixing tools against wear.

VHM

Solid hard metal

Solid hard metal is used for mixing tools and wear parts subject to extreme wear.

GWC

GWC armoring

Overlay-armored wear protection layer made of flux-cored wire that creates impact-resistant and wear-resistant component surfaces,
