About us
Krauss Elektronik GmbH is an electronics specialty store in Heilbronn's city center, founded in 1925 by Adolf Krauss as Radio Krauss and still located at Turmstraße 20 to this day. The product range includes electrical and electronic accessories, electronic components, cables and connectors, car hi-fi accessories and, more recently, balcony power plants and solar accessories. In addition to personal consultation in the store, which is visited by up to 500 customers daily, mail-order sales, including sales via Amazon, form a second pillar. Historically, the company was known for professional radio repair; today, service, consultation and a broad product range take center stage. There is a survey cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Organization (IAO) and the Urban Innovation Hub Heilbronn. In 2025, the company celebrated its 100th anniversary, among other things with reports by SWR Landesschau and the Heilbronner Stimme.
