Krettek Separation GmbH develops and manufactures high-performance classification centrifuges and horizontal peeler centrifuges for mechanical separation technology tasks in pilot-scale and industrial applications. The portfolio includes the ProCent® series horizontal peeler centrifuges (including ProCent® P 125 B XXL Turbo ATEX), the PharmaCent® pharma peeler centrifuge in Hygienic Design, and classification centrifuges ranging from the LAB-CUT® LC 1000 pilot-scale unit via MICRO-CUT® to the NANO-CUT® NCS 3000 EVO for the nano range. The centrifuges are used for centrifugal filtration and dewatering, centrifugal classification, and process functions such as solvent displacement, extraction, counter-current washing, re-suspension, and heel layer regeneration. In addition to new builds, the company offers rental centrifuges, a 24/7 centrifuge service (including for Heine centrifuges and Buckau-Wolf horizontal peeler centrifuges), commissioning – also online – as well as trials in its own Cross-Check pilot plant (CCT). Customers come from pharma, chemicals, food and starch industries, lithium/battery technology, and nanotechnology; delivery is worldwide, also in accordance with the ATEX directive.
