Krimper GmbH (from 01.04.2026 Edunex GmbH) develops and manufactures the MediCrimp, a syringe holder for emergency medical services and emergency medicine. Depending on the variant, the syringe holder holds three to four syringes of sizes 1, 2, 5, 10 and/or 20 ml and is attached to personal protective equipment with a material-friendly clip. It is made from impact-resistant plastic with high chemical resistance; the products can be cleaned and disinfected manually or by machine up to 75 °C. The entire manufacturing takes place in Cham, Switzerland. In addition to standard variants, the company offers personalization with name engraving, custom text and color choice. Compatibility tests were carried out with syringes from the manufacturers BD and B. Braun. Customers include emergency medical services and healthcare facilities in Switzerland as well as distribution partners in Germany and Austria.
