KROLL Fahrzeugbau-Umwelttechnik GmbH, headquartered in Hünxe, manufactures vehicle bodies for sewer cleaning, liquid waste disposal and tank cleaning. The product range includes vacuum-suction and jetting vehicles, vacuum-suction and jetting vehicles with water recycling (WRS 1/WRS 2), high-pressure jetting bodies, vacuum vehicles, vacuum trailers and vacuum semi-trailers as well as multi-chamber vacuum vehicles and vacuum semi-trailers with oil-water separation, each optionally with ADR approval. The entire value chain from design through pre-production to assembly takes place in the company's own plants in Germany. In tank manufacturing, vacuum-pressure tanks and non-pressure tanks are produced in all weldable steels and in stainless steel, manufactured on fully and semi-automatic rolling, trimming and welding systems as well as automated circumferential and longitudinal seam welding systems. Individual coating is carried out in the in-house sandblasting and painting center. Customers are municipal and private waste management companies as well as operators of sewer, pipe and industrial cleaning. The subsidiary HELLMERS GmbH Fahrzeugbau in Wittstock also manufactures vehicle bodies; since 2021 KROLL has been cooperating with Bucher Municipal. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Rheinland, first certification 1999) and is a QualifiedPartner for Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
