KROLL & ZILLER is a family-owned company founded in 1940 and headquartered in Hilden, belonging to the Ziller holding. The company develops and manufactures static seals, including rubber-steel flange gaskets, flat gaskets, freely dimensionable profile gaskets (G-ST-P), ISO gaskets with galvanic isolation and adjustable wedge rings. Reliable rubber compounds are developed in its own laboratory; in addition, production includes the forging of iron parts, so that rubber and steel components are produced in-house. Around 80 % of the products meet the Made in Germany quality standard. Customer industries include drinking water supply and water management, natural gas supply, chemicals and petrochemicals, mining, fire protection, tank construction, pipeline construction, food technology and hydrogen. Technical support assists customers with gasket design, tightening torque calculation and custom gasket manufacture.
