About Krone Filter Solutions
Krone Filter Solutions GmbH, based in Oyten near Bremen, develops and manufactures automatic filtration systems, backwashing filters (self-cleaning/backflush), basket filters, duplex changeover filters and bag filters for liquid filtration. The product range includes the Bernoulli filters of the KAF series (ANSI 2"–40", DN 40–DN 1000, flow rates up to 7,500 m³/h per unit), backwashing filters KRF, scraper filters KAS, basket filters KSF and duplex filters of the KDF series. All filters are developed and manufactured in-house; the filter inserts are produced on modern high-performance welding machines. Products are made in stainless steel (1.4571, 1.4404, 1.4410 Super Duplex), titanium, Hastelloy C4, Monel, bronze, rubber-lined steel as well as GRP/FRP and plastics such as PVDF and PE. The products are used worldwide in OFFSHORE and ONSHORE projects, including shipping, petrochemicals, desalination (SWRO), power generation and the chemical industry. Before delivery, all filters undergo a functional test (FAT) on in-house test rigs.
