About Kronos
Kronos is an agricultural machinery startup from Dresden specializing in the development of innovative machine systems for soil tillage. The portfolio includes the patented working principle for crumbling dry and cohesive soils, the Valkyrie and Rotapull Evo machines, and the Field Scanner, with which soil tillage can be objectively evaluated and machine deployment documentation recorded entirely digitally. The system combines passive and active soil tillage tools in a modular design with variable drives; the intensity of incorporation and crumbling can be controlled at the push of a button. Application areas include shallow tillage with intensive incorporation of cover crops, volunteer grain, arable grass and plant residues without total herbicide, the non-destructive laying down of root weeds, and seedbed preparation. In addition to its own products, the company offers development and OEM services, ranging from the systematic further development of existing equipment including electrification and design implementations to the construction of operational machines. Field testing is carried out closely with agricultural farms and partners such as RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH and Müthing GmbH & Co. KG.
