KRONPRINZ develops and manufactures wheels for commercial vehicles: weight-optimized HSLA steel wheels for standard trucks, heavy-duty applications and electric vehicles as well as one-piece forged aluminum wheels in key commercial vehicle sizes, including an 18-inch solution for vans and motorhomes. Production follows the standards of 15° drop-centre wheels in sizes from 17.5 to 22.5 inches, maximum wheel loads up to 6,000 kg and TPMS valve options. With X-TRA POLISH + (XP+), the company offers a transparent surface sealant that bonds molecularly with the aluminum and combines corrosion protection, a metallic look and easy-to-clean surfaces. Founded in Solingen in 1897, the company supplies the European commercial vehicle industry; platform references include, among others, the Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer. In addition to its headquarters in Solingen, KRONPRINZ maintains a subsidiary in Jining, China.
