KS-Norm GmbH from Lüdenscheid is a manufacturer of standard components for mould and tool making. The company produces standard mold components as well as custom-made special parts, including guide pillars, pressure plates, fine centering units, rectangular guides, ejectors, bronze parts and insulating plates. Production is 100% in Germany at the Lüdenscheid site; custom-made insulating plates are produced to customer data in all sizes and thicknesses as well as from special materials. Materials used include tool steel 1.2682, case-hardening steel 1.7131, bronze and Viton (FKM, max. 200 °C); fine centering units and flat guides are also available DLC-coated. Thanks to a large warehouse, most standard parts are available at short notice; orders can be placed via the online shop, by e-mail or by telephone. The company deliberately does not process inserts or contour-defining parts, thus positioning itself as a partner without competing with its customers.
