About KSG Spreitzer
KSG Spreitzer is a family business founded in 1974 by Karl Spreitzer, headquartered in Gosheim at the foot of the Hohe Nuffen. The company manufactures turned parts and turn-milled parts using CNC technology as well as complex assemblies including assembly, heat treatment and surface coating from ferrous, non-ferrous and light metals as well as plastic. With 35 employees, 63 machines and an annual capacity of around 10.6 million parts, KSG Spreitzer supplies customers from all over the world. Production is based on modern CNC lathes (INDEX, Traub), automated handling technology with six-axis articulated-arm robots from KUKA, and an in-house tool manufacturing operation with wire EDM and grinding machines. Typical customer industries include plant and mechanical engineering, process and control technology, the construction industry, automotive, energy supply as well as chemicals and pharmaceuticals. A high level of digitalization – including the in-house production planning software ELPLAN and comprehensive tablet-based data collection – ensures efficiency and delivery reliability.
