About us
KSH Kieler Schrotthandel GmbH is an owner-managed recycling and disposal company with more than 40 years of experience in the scrap trade. On its premises of almost 20,000 sqm at the Ostuferhafen in Kiel, delivered scrap is systematically separated, further processed and prepared for customers in Europe and around the world. For processing steel scrap, a scrap shear with a cutting force of 1,250 t is available; a modern fleet of machinery and vehicles as well as a stock of more than 800 containers enable the rapid transport of large scrap quantities. An own rail siding and an own loading pier allow direct transshipment by ship and rail. The range of services includes scrap purchasing, disposal, boat and yacht scrapping, end-of-life vehicle acceptance and dismantling, E-motor recycling, a treatment facility for waste electrical equipment and the trading of waste paper. Customers include industry, commercial enterprises, trades businesses and private households.
