About KTA Spindle Toolings
KTA Spindle Toolings LLP manufactures precision tool holders and clamping technology for metal-cutting machine tools, including ER collet chucks, Weldon/side-lock and shrink-fit holders, hydraulic clamping chucks, power milling chucks, face mill holders, and tapping chucks with safety coupling. The products are manufactured according to standards such as MAS-403/BT, DIN 69871 (SK), DIN 69893 (HSK-A and HSK-F) and ANSI B5.50 (CAT). Production takes place on new-generation CNC machines, multitasking machines and high-precision grinding machines at the plant in Pune (India). The company has existed since the early 1980s, started with tapping chucks and tap adaptors, and has been producing tool holders for more than 15 years with a capacity of 10,000 holders per month. Around 60% of production is exported; the German market is served through HPCHO GmbH in Nesselwang. The product range comprises more than 3,000 products, most of which are available ex stock.
