KTB Kommunaltechnik Vertriebs-GmbH & Co. KG is a family business founded in 1992 and based in Wedemark-Bissendorf near Hanover. The company is engaged in the trade and service of municipal, agricultural and cleaning machinery and, since 1995, manufactures exclusive in-house developments: attachments for front loaders such as the type-tested KTB work platforms APF 130/160, the KTB Heckenprofi hedge cutting machine, the KTB Beaver 1400 cutting and mulching device for guardrail vegetation, the GP 3500 grader plane and the TS 2500 Spezial dozer blade. Production takes place in the company's own workshop with a special fabrication department; wear parts are made of high-strength steel (HB 500), platforms are high-quality galvanized. In addition to its own production, KTB distributes branded products of international manufacturers, including TerraTec tool carriers, and serves municipalities, agriculture, landscaping as well as road maintenance depots. The 12-person team offers maintenance, repair, mobile service technicians, rental, leasing and training; deliveries are made throughout Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland.
