About KTPconTeyor
KTPconTeyor is a global provider of reusable packaging and storage solutions headquartered in Bous in the Saarland. The company emerged from the merger of two firms, KTP (founded in 1988 by Horst Wintrich in Saarlouis) and conTeyor (founded in 1995 by Jos van Bree). Manufactured products include foldable plastic transport and storage containers with a recycled content of over 80 %, modular and tower steel racks including ESD sequence racks, as well as custom interior packaging (Custom Dunnage Inserts): dividers and compartments made of rigid PP sheets, vacuum-formed parts, textile pouches and foams. Processes include extrusion of rigid plastic sheets, thermoforming (own KTPconTeyor Thermoforming GmbH), welding of HDPE sheets, toolmaking and steel construction. Development, production and final inspection of KTP containers are concentrated at the German headquarters; further production sites exist in Poland, Moldova, Turkey and Mexico. With over 900 employees, more than 60 engineers and over 7,500 packaging concepts per year (Nestimator® simulation), the company supplies industries such as automotive, household appliances, industrial manufacturing, pharma, electronics and warehouse logistics worldwide, including Audi, Ford and Spelsberg.

Materials & Processes
Polypropylene (PP)
Durable rigid sheets resistant to chemicals and corrosion, for compartments, dividers and containers, 100 % recyclable.
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)
Extruded rigid sheets for flexible interior packaging with high chemical resistance.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
Rigid, impact-resistant sheets, thermoformable and weldable, highly resistant to mechanical and chemical influences.
Polycarbonate (PC)
Transparent, highly impact-resistant and flame-retardant sheets for demanding packaging applications.
XPE foam
Cross-linked PE foam for foam block layers enabling safe multiple loading in containers.
Textile
Textiles for hanging packaging systems and pouches for protecting sensitive components.
Steel
Material for modular tower steel racks and ESD sequence racks for heavy and hazardous components.
Recycled plastic (>80 % recycled content)
Foldable transport and storage containers are produced with over 80 % recycled plastic.
