KTW - Kunststofftechnische Werkstätten GmbH has existed since 1977 as a specialist company for the processing of thermoplastics. The company manufactures components and systems from PE-100, PP, PVDF, PVC-U and PVC-C as well as from composite materials such as PVC-U/GFK, PP/GFK and PVDF/GFK. The range of services includes apparatus and vessel construction, scrubber and piping construction, ventilation technology and droplet separators; in addition, vessels, machine guarding systems, trays, extraction hoods and special custom-made products to technical drawing are produced. In its own workshops, individual parts, series elements and workpieces are machined on CNC machines with modern control technology. The product range extends from one-off production and small series through design to on-site assembly and repairs in the regional environment. A structured degree of organisation between design and production ensures the implementation of complex plant projects from a single source.
