KUALA Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a manufacturer of plastic handles, protective and cover caps, plugs, handwheels, clamping and locking levers, as well as other technical plastic parts for industrial applications. The product range includes an extensive standard program of standard and operating parts as well as customer-specific special parts, which are developed from technical consulting through design and toolmaking to prototype and series production. Manufacturing is carried out using injection molding, dip molding, casting, extrusion, plastic coating and deep drawing processes. The materials used are primarily plastics such as PVC-P, TPE, glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastics, PE, PP, polyamide, silicone and thermosets, in some cases combined with metal components made of galvanized steel, stainless steel AISI 303, brass, zinc die casting or aluminum. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automotive and medical technology, electrical engineering, transportation, tool and furniture manufacturing, and the packaging industry. The company operates at the Oberlahr (headquarters) and Neustadt-Fernthal (manufacturing) sites and is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
