Kubal is a family business founded in 1972 and based in Rödermarkt (Ober-Roden), now run by the second generation. The company designs aluminium profile systems and system components for balcony and railing systems, canopy structures, roof canopies, carports, partition walls and load-bearing structures for privacy and sun protection. The portfolio includes all-aluminium structures, thermally insulated structures with insulating composites made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide, and wood-aluminium structures with custom-machined carrier profiles in lengths up to 8 m. Extruded profiles and system components are manufactured by certified supplier works in Europe; Kubal handles cutting and machining of carrier profiles, bending services for barrel vaults, coating in RAL colours, in-house production of special accessories and the assembly of roof structures. In addition, the company offers technical consulting, CAD service, a sample workshop and a structural analysis service. Customers are primarily craft businesses in Germany and neighbouring countries; exports are also established outside Europe.
