About Kucki’s Back World
Kucki’s Back World GmbH is a bakery manufactory founded in 2018 in Rödermark that specialises in artisan-finished donuts and Berliners. Having grown from a small team in a bakery, the company supplies well-known food retailers as well as bakeries, petrol stations, airports and airlines. In 2021 the production hall was rebuilt to a modern standard and equipped with machines, conveyor belts and cooling lines in order to accelerate processes and increase production volume; the decisive finishing and decoration steps are still carried out by hand. The service portfolio includes product development according to customer specifications including on-site sample production, co-manufacturing with individual recipes, decorations and packaging solutions as well as private-label production of donuts, Berliners, cookies, croissants and muffins. In addition, the manufactory supplies vending operators and also delivers small quantities directly within a radius of approx. 50 km. Glaze, filling, topping and packaging are flexibly adapted to customer requirements on a seasonal and theme-related basis.

History
- 2018
Started as a small team in a bakery as a manufactory; finishing of donuts and Berliners for well-known food retailers.
Opening of a retail shop in the town centre of Ober Roden; a short time later the artisan manufactory moved to a larger hall; the retail shop was closed again due to lack of space.
- 2021
Conversion and modernisation of the production hall; purchase of machines, conveyor belts and cooling lines; the decisive finishing steps are still carried out by hand.
