The Künemund Group is a family-run company founded in 1919 with headquarters in Stuttgart. The group combines five trading companies as well as manufacturing operations and offers around 150,000 items in the fields of rolling bearings, sealing technology and linear technology. The portfolio includes standard rolling bearings, special and precision ball bearings, high-temperature rolling bearings, sealing elements, linear systems, spindle technology and ball screws. In addition to trading and distribution, Künemund offers technical consulting, kitting/confectoring, as well as the development and manufacture of custom assemblies and special solutions, among other things in its own Linear Technology Center. Customers include the medical and pharmaceutical industries, machine tool building, the semiconductor industry, automation technology and robotics, the steel industry, and manufacturers of food and packaging machinery. As a long-standing authorized partner of Schaeffler, the group supplies its customers from five locations in Germany with a Europe-wide delivery service.
