About the Company
Künzel Metall- und Sondermaschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1972 by Heinz Künzel in Bad Rappenau and has been run in the second generation by graduate engineer (Dipl. Ing.) Alexander Künzel since 2007. The company with 10 employees realizes custom constructions and fabrications in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Services include tank construction, welded constructions such as stairs and fall protection according to EN 14122, pedestals and platforms, door and gate construction as well as machine repairs with maintenance, turning, drilling and milling of spare parts. Static calculations and three-dimensional constructions are carried out in-house. For over 30 years, the company has been a partner to the automotive industry and foundry technology; customers include Audi, KS Kolbenschmidt, Daimler-Benz, Fibro, Heidelberger Druck and KS Aluminium GmbH.
