KUGLER + KERSCHBAUM is an engineering firm for structural design and structural analysis based in Kelheim, founded in 2014 by Wolfgang Kugler and Klemens Kerschbaum and organized as a Partnership of Consulting Engineers mbB. The team of more than 30 accompanies construction projects throughout Bavaria and partly beyond – from new buildings and complex industrial structures to the renovation of centuries-old monuments. The range of services includes surveying with 3D laser scanning, static-constructive preliminary investigation, building research, structural analysis, detailed design, tendering, award and billing (AVA), construction supervision, SiGeKo (safety and health coordination) as well as recurring building inspections according to RÜV. The focus is on planning and building in existing structures, often in cooperation with heritage conservation. Materials handled include, among others, loam, concrete, reinforced concrete and metal. The firm is a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Engineers for Civil Engineering and is listed in the specialist registers of architects/engineers authorized to submit building documents, of recurring building inspection, and of persons authorized to provide structural stability verification in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate.
